Shipping Policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options.

Holland:           €3.99 for shipping
Belg & Ger:      free for orders over €99.00, €9.99 for orders under €99.00
EU1:                 send with track and trace €9.99 and free over €119.00
EU2:                 send with track and trace €14.49 and free over €149.00
World:              send with track and trace €24.99 and €10.00 over €199.00

EU1    = Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg & Malta
EU2    = United Kingdom, Finland, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Romania, Åland Islands & Switzerland
World = Rest of the world

Order Processing Time

All orders placed are processed and dispatched in four working days (except where it says next-day shipping). The free version can take a day or two extra during the holiday & sale period. 

Delivery Address

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address or cancel your order once you have placed your order. Make sure to check your address for mishaps.

Please note that we are unable to cancel your order once you have placed your order. 

Order not delivered

Our shipping partners can take longer than expected. If you didn't receive it in time please wait another 7 days before contacting us. Most of the time your package is still in transit.

Delivery Delay

Sometimes a package gets delayed by a shipping company or by customs. Please contact jamie@feltatelier.nl if it's delayed longer than a week. During this process, it can take several weeks to deliver your order or refund you your money. This is because there is still a possibility that it will arrive.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
